  • Can I personalise my order?

    Yes! Many of our products — including ornaments, boarding passes, and gift tags — can be personalised with names, dates, or destinations. Simply add your details in the customisation box on each product page, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • I don’t see my destination or name option — can I request something special?

    Absolutely. If your chosen destination or detail isn’t listed, please reach out to us on Instagram or through our contact page. We love creating bespoke pieces and will be happy to help.

  • Can I preview my custom design before it’s made?

    For bespoke products, we can provide a digital preview on request. Just message us after placing your order, and we’ll confirm your design details before production.

  • How long does it take to make my order?

    Each piece is 3D printed to order and hand-finished with care. Typical production time is 3–5 business days, though this may vary during busy holiday periods.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We now offer shipping to the UK.
    All our flat prints such as keepsake tickets or tree ornaments are shipped in a packet (up to 2kg) for €13 per packet, while larger items such as our fairy houses are shipped in boxes (up to 2kg) for €21 per box.

    We’re also working hard to expand our delivery options — European shipping is coming soon!

  • How long does delivery take?

    Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • Can I collect my order locally?

    Yes! At checkout, select “More Payment Options” where you’ll find alternative delivery and pick-up choices. Choose the option that best suits you — it’s a great way to save on shipping and collect your order directly.

  • How should I care for my 3D printed decorations?

    Keep your items indoors and away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust — no water or harsh cleaners needed.

  • How can I get in touch with you?

  • Can I see more of your designs?

    Absolutely! Follow us on Instagram to see our latest products, customer photos, and behind-the-scenes looks at our 3D printing process.

  • Do you accept returns or cancellations?

    Because our items are personalised, we can’t accept returns once printing has started. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
